Michael Cheng has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. In 2022, they founded and became the CEO of GoalMogul. In 2021, they became a Partner at Readitfor.me. Michael'slongest tenure was with Epos Development, where they served as Principal from 2003 to present. During this time, they were responsible for $210M in ground-up construction, and was the recipient of the 2016 Queens Real Estate Award presented by Mayor De Blasio. Michael also syndicated real estate equity and debt from both private and institutional investors from U.S. and abroad, and was an expert on the Flushing, Queens market, producing the Flushing Real Estate Market Report annually since 2013.

Michael Cheng began their educational journey at Great Neck South High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 1999. Michael then attended NYU Stern School of Business and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Marketing in 2003. In 2015, they completed a course at Landmark. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a course in Product Management for Engineers at eCornell.
