Kyle S. has amassed extensive experience in operational management at Go Ahead London since October 2016, progressing from Driver Operator to Assistant Operating Manager and Acting Operating Manager, successfully leading teams of up to 650 staff and managing substantial budgets. Responsibilities have included overseeing health and safety, driver quality monitoring, absenteeism management, and public communication responses. Kyle has also played a crucial role in training and mentoring, including managing the apprenticeship scheme and conducting performance reviews. Prior to this, Kyle served as a Consultant for The Care Leavers' Foundation, advising on health and social care policies, and has a background in the performing arts, including significant roles in advertisements and performances at prestigious venues. Kyle holds a Level 5 Diploma in Operations/Departmental Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a BA (Hons) in Physical Theatre from the University of Essex.
