Hanna Ahmad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and support. Currently serving as a Senior Global Support Representative at Go1 since December 2017, Hanna has also held the position of Customer Success Consultant. Prior to this role, Hanna worked as a Customer Happiness Representative at ServisHero, focusing on delivering exceptional service to clients. Hanna's career began at VFS Global, working in operations from March 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities included document examination for visa processing and managing customer inquiries. Hanna holds a Diploma in English Language Studies from Universiti Islam Selangor, obtained in 2013, as well as an additional Diploma in English Language and Literature acquired from the same institution in 2013.
