Sakthi Narayanan Balasubramanian has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in data science, machine learning, research, and software engineering. Most recently, Sakthi worked at Yubi as the Director of Data Science, leading the data science department. Prior to that, Sakthi held the position of Principal Engineer in Machine Learning at Yubi. Before joining Yubi, Sakthi worked at Agilysys as an Associate Manager and Senior Lead Research Scientist, focusing on AI and ML research. Sakthi also has experience working at Ford Motor Company, where they held multiple roles, including Architect in FordPass and Research Analyst in Artificial Intelligence and Computing Research. Additionally, Sakthi worked as a Software Analyst and Software Engineer in Business Intelligence at Ford.

Sakthi Narayanan Balasubramanian completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Anna University in 2011. Currently, from 2022 to 2024, they are pursuing a Master of Technology (MTech) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Sakthi Narayanan also holds multiple certifications in various subjects, including solution architect associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022 and various deep learning and machine learning certifications from different institutions obtained between 2014 and 2018.
