Rose Wood serves as the CEO and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GO SMILE, LLC, where employment began in August 2014. Additionally, Rose co-founded Niche Treats in July 2011, focusing on clean skincare and sun protection product development while advising entrepreneurs and small businesses on various aspects of business development. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director of Sales West at Shiseido from 2004 to 2012, where Rose specialized in strategic planning and brand strategy for luxury brands. Earlier roles include Vice President of Sales at P&G Prestige Beauty from 1998 to 2004, navigating multiple company mergers and overseeing marketing and sales strategies for major retailers, as well as a Trainer/Sales Specialist at CHANEL from 1993 to 1998, with a focus on cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances. Education was obtained from Northeastern University.
