Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. from January 2000 to April 2024, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the New York Design Center, Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Supply Chain, and Senior Director of AE Direct. Michael's career includes consulting roles at PwC Consulting from April 1997 to January 2000 and at Accenture from August 1995 to April 1997.
