Isabel Castro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital media and programmatic advertising. Currently serving as the Head of CRM & Paid Media at Gojek since May 2019, Isabel has a proven track record of leading digital media initiatives across Southeast Asia. Prior roles include Senior Director of Programmatic at Mindshare, where Isabel launched Unilever’s programmatic practice, and Director of Platform Demand at Millennial Media. With a strong foundation in media strategy and account management, Isabel's career also encompasses roles in Omnicom Media Group, Neo@Ogilvy, and Mediacom. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
