Sarah Jane Buttigieg has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sales Assistant at Mvintage in 2019. Sarah Jane then worked as an Invoice Processing Clerk at FTIAS Back Office Services for a brief period. In 2020, they gained IT experience as an IT Trainee at De La Rue. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Vinotyp. Sarah then served as the President of ICTSA from 2020 to 2021, and prior to that, they held the role of Treasurer from 2019 to 2020. In 2022, they joined MTD Audit Limited as a Digital Marketing Intern. Their most recent position is as a Brand Executive at AMSM - Alf. Mizzi & Sons Marketing Group, where they began in June 2023, and previously worked as a Trainee Marketing Executive from July 2022 to May 2023.

Sarah Jane Buttigieg earned a B.Sc degree in Business and IT from the University of Malta, which they attended from 2019 to 2022. In 2021, they also obtained a diploma in Digital Marketing from ICE Malta, where they studied for one year.
