Mercy Lakisa has been working in the customer service sector since 2012. Mercy began their career as a Front Desk Officer/Cashier at The Surgery Clinic, Naguru. In this role, they were responsible for front office administration, welcoming and attending to clients, providing information about the Surgery, and making and arranging appointments. In 2017, Mercy Lakisa joined Innovate as a Clients Relations Manager. Mercy then joined Vouch Digital in the same role, where they were tasked with building positive and productive relationships with clients, scheduling regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences, and visiting client offices to strengthen the relationships. Mercy Lakisa is currently the Chief Customer Care Officer and Head of Customer Care at gnuGrid CRB.
Mercy Lakisa received a Certificate in Customer Service Management from the Africa Institute of Management, Uganda in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology between 2008 and 2011.
