Franco Andres Venica has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance. Franco Andres began their career at Keetup in 2011, where they worked as a Tester, responsible for testing custom social networks at a user level. Franco Andres also served as the Testing Coordinator and briefly took on the role of Scrum Master. In 2015, Venica joined Globant as a QC Analyst and later became a QC Analyst Ssr, where they led a team in following their test cases and creating reports for upper management. In 2020, they joined Altoros as an Engineer in Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for creating a new QA process in the Santa Fe office. Currently, Venica is working at Gnosis, where they hold the role of QA in software and web3 related applications. Franco Andres'sresponsibilities include requirement analysis, test case creation, and test execution.

Franco Andres Venica began their education in 2007 and studied at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. During this time, they pursued a field of study in Ingenieria en sistemas de la información. Franco Andres continued their educational journey at UNL, from 2012 to 2015, focusing on Programación y diseño de videojuegos. In 2016, Franco enrolled in freeCodeCamp to further enhance their skills in computer software engineering, and they obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification.
