Maria Quiñónez obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry and Microbiology/Molecular Biology from The University of Arizona between 1994 and 1999. Additionally, they hold a CLIA Certified Lab certification from the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments.
