Adria Blott has been working in the consulting industry since 1996. Her most recent role is Senior Consultant at GNC Consulting, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at 1218 Global, where they were an initial team member of the newly formed Oracle HCM Cloud Practice, and completed numerous Oracle HCM cloud online courses and obtained Oracle Certification in three areas. Before 1218 Global, Adria was an Independent PeopleSoft Functional Consultant at Bupa, where they collaborated with the Workday implementation team by documenting functional specifications based on current usage of PeopleSoft HCM. From 2010 to 2015, they were a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, where they orchestrated technical/functional support for over 135k employees. Adria was also a PeopleSoft Functional Lead and later a PeopleSoft Functional Manager at the PeopleSoft Competency Centre. Adria's work experience prior to 2010 includes Business Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Customer Support Lead and Application Operations Team Lead at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Senior Consultant at Iterion Ltd, Senior Consultant at Rapidigm, and Senior Consultant at Consolidated Freightways. Her first role was Senior Consultant at GNC Consulting in 1996.

Adria Blott holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University and an AAS in Information Systems from Southwestern Michigan Community College. Adria also has certifications from Oracle, including Oracle Benefits Cloud 2018 Certified Implementation Specialist (obtained in May 2019), Oracle Payroll Cloud 2018 Certified Implementation Specialist (obtained in March 2019), Oracle Workforce Compensation Cloud 2018 Certified Implementation Specialist (obtained in March 2019), and Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2018 Certified Implementation Specialist (obtained in February 2019).
