Nabil Kassem has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Nabil is currently the Co-Founder and Chairman of GN TEQ, a role they began in August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Excellent Legacy LDA, a position they held from January 2020.
From June 2016, Nabil was the Executive Chairman of VOGACLOSET LIMITED. Before that, they founded and managed ExcellenceO2, a specialized operations improvement consulting firm. As the Founder and Managing Partner, they focused on raising the leadership readiness of companies and implementing effective processes. Their tenure at ExcellenceO2 lasted from January 2010 to January 2020.
Nabil's previous experience includes serving as the President and CEO of OptimInd from March 2010 to June 2012. Nabil also held the position of President Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa at Invensys Operations Management from February 2009 to February 2010. During this role, they led the restructuring and integration of various companies into IOM.
Prior to that, Nabil was the President of the Middle East & Africa region for Invensys IPS. Nabil managed the Invensys business across the Middle East region and achieved strong market share, growth, and profitability. Their time at Invensys IPS lasted from March 2005 to January 2009.
Nabil also has experience as the VP & General Manager of Schlumberegr Information Solutions from June 2002 to May 2005. Nabil led a multinational team and managed a business portfolio generating over $170 million in annual revenues. Before that, they were the VP Global Sales at Schlumberger Information Solutions from June 2000 to July 2002, where they improved sales performance and professionalized the sales force.
Finally, Nabil started their career as a Sales Manager at GeoQuest Asia Pacific from May 1994 to September 1996.
Nabil Kassem pursued their education in a systematic manner, with a focus on engineering disciplines. Starting from 1977, they attended the University of Birmingham for three years, completing their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1980. Moving forward, Nabil enrolled at The University of Sheffield in 1983, where they obtained their Master of Engineering (M.Eng) degree in Control Engineering in 1984. These two notable educational experiences provided him with a strong foundation in both Mechanical and Control Engineering.
