Oleg Melnikov, FCCA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GMS since December 2024, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership from previous roles, including Chief Financial Officer at EXMO from June 2018 to December 2024. At EXMO, Oleg managed the finance department and oversaw financial activities and performance across Europe. Prior experience includes significant roles at EY, where Oleg worked as an Audit Manager and Senior Auditor, focusing on external audits, financial statement preparation, and compliance across various industries, including telecommunications and oil & gas. Oleg began their career as an Auditor at Baker Tilly Ukraine, specializing in analytical procedures and compliance with IFRS. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Audit from Kiev National Trade and Economy University.
