Srishti Ravipati is an accomplished food scientist with extensive experience in innovation and product development, currently serving as the Head of Innovation & Product Development at GMP Nutraceuticals, Inc. Since November 2019, Srishti has been responsible for formulating new dietary supplements, leading product commercialization from prototypes to production, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Previously, Srishti held the position of R&D Manager at Keystone Foods, where projects focused on product development for McDonald's, emphasizing health risk reductions and regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Food Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Anna University Chennai, along with experience as a teaching assistant and research assistant during academic tenure.
