Alexander Berveno started their work experience in 2004 at the Institute chemistry of solid states and mechanochemistry as a Post-graduated and engineer Laborotory nanostructure materias. Alexander then went on to work at various organizations in different roles, mainly focusing on project management, innovation, and technology development. Some notable positions include CEO and Founder at Kuzbass Sorbents, Co-founder and CEO at Russia Carbon Corporation, and Project Manager at State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom". Currently, they hold the position of Head Manager of Technology Innovation at Norilsk Nickel.

Alexander Berveno attended Kemerovo State University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Chemistry. In 2009, they also studied Project Management at the Graduate School of Business at Tomsk State University. In 2010, they completed a course in Business Management at the Training Community Business Angels of Russia. In 2012, they briefly studied Innovation Management and Business Planning at The University of Texas at Austin.
