Lucy Mulligan began their work experience in 2012 as a Tax Analyst at Specialist Taxation Services. Lucy then joined the Greater Manchester Chamber, UK in 2013 and held various roles including Membership Development Executive, Membership Administration Manager, Membership Services Manager, Head of Member Services & Patron Development, and currently serves as the Head of Membership and Commercial.

Lucy Mulligan completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business and Management Skills (Marketing) from The University of Manchester in the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Runshaw College from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued 3 A-Levels and an EPQ in Media, Sociology, and English Language. Lucy'seducation began at Priory Sports and Technology College from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained 11 GCSEs.
