Brandon Hall has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Brandon is currently the Owner and Board Advisor at Glyde Solar since May 2023. Prior to this, they founded and owned Shut the Fluff Up in 2021 and True Power in 2021, where they served as the CEO. Additionally, they were the Owner and Board Advisor at Ryve CRM starting from June 2020.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Brandon Hall held leadership positions at The D2D Experts as the President and Partner from February 2020 onwards. Brandon also worked at Vivint Solar as the Director of Sales Enablement and Recruitment from February 2019 to January 2021.

In their early career, they worked at LGCY Power where they had multiple roles, including Sr. Director of Human Capital & Business Development from February 2018 to December 2019, Sr. Director of Business Development & Lead Generation from November 2017 to December 2019, and Director of Business Development from October 2016 to November 2019. During their time at LGCY Power, Brandon Hall successfully established and expanded the lead generation department, resulting in national adoption and a merge with retail and inside sales company-wide.

Before joining LGCY Power, Brandon Hall served as the Chief Executive Officer at Smart Home from May 2011 to December 2015. Brandon also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Protection 1 Security Solutions from April 2012 to November 2013. Prior to that, they started their career as a Door to Door Sales Representative at APX Alarm Security Solutions Inc. from April 2007 to November 2010.

Brandon Hall attended Arizona State University from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they pursued studies in Business/Managerial Economics, although no specific degree was mentioned.
