Carol Elliott has extensive experience in customer service and account management, having worked at Glue Dots International since February 2005 in roles including Customer Service Representative and Industrial Account Specialist. In these positions, Carol serves as the first responder to customer inquiries, providing essential information regarding products, technical details, custom quotes, samples, and order processing while maintaining and establishing relationships with customers and distributors. Prior to this, Carol worked at Global Fastener & Supply from 2002 to 2005 in customer service and inside sales. Carol received education from Waukesha County Technical College.
