Agnès J. has over 18 years of work experience in the field of medicinal chemistry and data governance. Agnès started their career as a PhD researcher at the Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles (ICSN) in 2003. After completing their PhD, they joined sanofi-aventis as a Research Chemist in 2007. Agnès then moved to Galapagos in 2009, where they held various roles including Senior Scientist, Lead Chemist, and Data Governance Business Expert. Agnès recently served as a Lead Chemist and Data Governance Business Expert at Galapagos.

Agnès J. obtained a PhD in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry from the Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Chemistry from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they received a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in April 2023.
