Sumit Minocha has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sumit is currently the CEO and co-founder of Glowstick since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked on Nimbus 1500 from January 2020 to December 2020, where they built and tried various features for a social shopping app and developed facial analytics for cosmetics brands.
Before that, Sumit worked at On Deck as ODF1 from June 2019 to August 2019. Sumit also served as ML Special Projects at All Turtles from September 2018 to January 2019. Sumit contributed to the ML/Search engineering stack at Laserlike Inc from June 2018 to September 2018, which was later acquired by Apple.
Sumit's previous roles include working as an Associate at Nav Talent from June 2017 to August 2018, conducting Robotics Research at Salisbury Robotics Lab at Stanford University from June 2015 to January 2017, and serving on the Investment Team at Rothenberg Ventures from June 2016 to August 2016.
Additionally, Sumit gained experience as a Computer Vision Intern at Volkswagen of America, Inc from June 2014 to September 2014. Sumit also founded and served as the CEO of International Immersion Programs from June 2010 to August 2014.

Sumit Minocha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Sumit obtained this degree between the years 2013 and 2017. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Sumit attended The Harker High School. Sumit completed their high school education at this institution and was awarded a High School Diploma from The Harker High School from 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, Sumit pursued further education at Stanford University and completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science from 2017 to 2019.
