Alyssa Hugel has a diverse work experience, beginning with a freelance/deli clerk position at My Three Sons Bagel Cafe from 2011 to 2015. Alyssa then worked as a hostess at Legends Bar NYC from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Graphic Design Coordinator at McGreevy Hair Studio. In 2017, they worked as an E-Commerce Marketing Associate at Petit New York. In 2019, they joined AMOREPACIFIC as an Assistant E-Commerce Manager for innisfree and a Digital Marketing Specialist for Sulwhasoo and Mamonde and IOPE. In their role, they managed the entire DTC E-commerce customer journey experience and digital marketing initiatives, such as launching a loyalty program, managing SEM and Paid Social budget, developing email content calendar, and A/B testing. Finally, in 2021, they became the Digital Experience Manager at Glow Recipe.

Alyssa Hugel graduated from Hofstra University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and International Business.
