Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various fields, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. From November 2017 to November 2019, Mariana operated and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer specializing in applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
