Jeffrey Mathews is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global LiveOps Regional Quality Manager for Western Europe and Eastern Europe Central Asia at Glovo since November 2021. In this capacity, Jeffrey oversees quality assurance across multiple regions and BPOs, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations. Prior to Glovo, Jeffrey held the position of CX Quality Assurance Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, leading the Central Quality Assurance team across various Global Delivery Centers. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.
