Jonathon Pons is an established culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef and Banquet Chef at Gloucester Rugby since August 2021, Jonathon previously held the position of Director at Cleeve Kitchen from January 2022 to October 2024. Prior to this, Jonathon was Head Chef at The Kingham Plough from June 2019 to July 2021 and at Brakspear from May 2018 to June 2019. Additional experience includes leading kitchen teams as Head Chef at The Slaughters Country Inn (February 2017 - May 2018) and as Senior Sous Chef at Ellenborough Park Cheltenham Spa (January 2016 - January 2017). Jonathon began a successful culinary career as Sous Chef at both The Feathered Nest Country Inn (February 2015 - December 2016) and Ellenborough Park Cheltenham Spa (April 2012 - February 2015).
