Kevin Reynolds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marine engineering and innovative program development. As the Director of Research and Development at Glosten since October 2001, Kevin leads innovation and environmental initiatives. Previously, as Managing Director at oneTank from February 2020 to July 2021, Kevin was instrumental in the conception and regulatory approval of the oneTANK ballast water treatment system. Earlier roles include Operations Manager at WRQ, Project Engineer at MARCO Marine Design and Construction, and Merchant Mariner Engineer at Penn-Attransco. Kevin holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
