Marc James is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and project management. Currently serving as IT Support Lead at GlossGenius since June 2023, Marc previously worked at Bridgewater Associates as a Technical Project Manager and Technical Support Engineer from October 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Marc held multiple roles at Daily Mail, including Desktop Engineer, from October 2015 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at Allscripts as a Technical Subject Matter Expert, Technical Team Lead, and Technical Support Analyst from February 2013 to September 2015, as well as an internship at Goldman Sachs as a Workplace Platforms Intern from August 2012 to January 2013.
