Clay Banks is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in economic development, marketing, and innovative technology solutions. Currently, as Co-Founder and CEO of GloriLight since October 2022, Clay is dedicated to creating HD night-lights that project Bible verses for children. Previously, Clay co-founded HAVENLock, a revolutionary home security platform, and served as Chief Operations Officer at the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, focusing on job creation in the region. Additional roles include co-founding PodCatalyst, and serving as Director of Economic Development for the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce, where efforts centered on attracting investment and supporting local businesses. Clay's career also includes founding Pure Life Industries, co-founding FANtastic Memories LLC, and holding positions in media management and advertising sales. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
