Matthew Slaughter has held various roles throughout their career. Matthew began as a Product/Package Production Assistant at World Factory Inc. in 2005 before transitioning to a Sales and Marketing Assistant at promoworks. Matthew then served as an Account Executive at Bravis Marketing Agency and as a European Marketing and Sales Associate at Pacific Market International. Moving forward, they became a Senior User Experience Architect at Rockfish Interactive, a Senior Strategic Planner - User Experience at FCB Chicago, and the Director of User Experience at TrainHeroic. Matthew also founded SlaughterHaus Collective as the Owner/Chief Creative Officer. Currently, they are the Director of UX/Product Design at Gloo.
Matthew Slaughter earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Arkansas in 2010. In 2008-2009, they studied Language Studies and Communications, with a focus on Italian, at Lorenzo de' Medici. In 2017, they obtained a Full-Stack Javascript Certification from the CodeCraft School of Technology, specializing in Javascript frameworks.
