KateLynn Parks currently serves as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Globus Family of Brands since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Tourism Development Consultant at the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism from November 2021 to December 2023, and a position focused on Group Travel at Visit Hot Springs between April 2018 and March 2022. KateLynn has also worked as an ITMI Certified Tour Director and Guide for the International Tour Management Institute from February 2018 to February 2020, and as a Sales Associate at The Savory Pantry from February 2015 to March 2018. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Mississippi College (2011-2014) and certification as a Tour Director from the International Tour Management Institute.
