Kathy Drostek is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at Globix Solutions since March 2010, overseeing all HR and recruitment operations, including onboarding, training, and offshore development services. Proficient in aligning candidates with job positions and fulfilling client requirements for Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft projects, Kathy has a strong background in recruitment. Previously, as the Head Recruiter at InformaticsIT from November 2007 to February 2010, Kathy built a resource database for local ERP candidates and achieved personal sales quotas while training and coaching new recruiters in Oracle application and technology recruiting. Kathy is an alumna of St. Clair College.
