As CEO and co-founder of FAW Group SAL, a digital transformation company established in October 2019, Fady leads efforts to innovate traditional business practices. Fady has held various significant roles, including Group Human Resources Director at Difco Group and Chief Executive Officer at IMC Telecom, where Fady transformed organizational performance in telecommunications. Fady's career also includes a strong foundation in human resources at Nestlé Waters, contributing to operational excellence across MEA and Asia. With expertise as a management consultant and professional speaker since 2002, Fady has a robust educational background, holding an EsMBA from HEC Montréal and a BE in Computer and Communication Engineering from Notre Dame University.
