Cihan Yusufi's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director at Globelink Ünimar since 1994. From 2018, they have also been involved in various roles at different organizations. This includes serving as a Board Member at UTİKAD - Association of International Forwarding and Logistics Service Providers, where they were also the Deputy Chairman until September 2021. Additionally, they have been a Member of the Council at İMEAK Deniz Ticaret Odası since 2018, and a Committee Member at Hizmet İhracatçıları Birliği since 2018 until 2022.

Cihan Yusufi has attended Marmara University, where they have pursued a field of study in Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri (Labor Economics and Industrial Relations). Cihan Yusufi also went to Liceo Italiano I.M.I, although the field of study or degree obtained at this school is unknown.
