Carolina joined Globeducate in 2014 as a member of the leadership team and is currently the CEO for Spain and Andorra. She is passionate about K-12 education and has a deep understanding of multiple aspects of education organisations. Prior to joining Globeducate, Carolina worked as Director of Strategy and Operations at Achievement First, a network of K-12 public charter schools in US. Several years of experience working in McKinsey and Company and Morgan Stanley also contribute to Carolina’s strategic, management, and finance knowledge and experience. Under her leadership, the group has expanded its IB World School offering in Spain and Andorra and has seen a number of our Spanish international schools achieve top positions in national rankings.
