Mike Morgan has a diverse work experience in the media and broadcasting industry. mike is currently working as a LIVE SPORTS TRANSMISSION CONTROLLER at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Eurosport as a LIVE Controller from September 2019. At Eurosport, they were responsible for managing various channels and was particularly excited to be part of the team during the TOKYO OLYMPICS. Before Eurosport, Mike worked at UKTV as a Playout Director from April 2019.

In 2017, Mike worked as a Freelance Playout Director at BT Sports, where they directed live sports events using the Morpheus transmission system. mike'sresponsibilities included managing sports such as WTA, NBA, Serie A football, French League football, UK premier Rugby, Moto Gp, and MLB.

Prior to BT Sports, Mike worked at Babcock International Group as a freelance Transmission Controller starting from May 2015. mike also had freelance roles at Globecast and Ericsson as a Transmission Controller. At Globecast, they worked on main TX desks for BBC WORLDWIDE & ITV, managing BBC channels for various regions using ITX 2 and vertigo for secondary graphics. At Ericsson, they operated the MORPHEUS transmission system for LONDON LIVE and worked with the COBALT transmission system for CSC MEDIA channels.

Mike's early work experience includes freelance roles as a Transmission Controller at Disney and ESPN Media Networks from September 2012. mike also had a role as Director at Spaci Ltd from April 2007 to June 2013 and as Director of supergranite.co.uk from December 2011 to August 2012.

Mike Morgan attended Luton University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Systems. mike'sfield of study during their time at Luton University was specifically focused on Business Systems. Prior to attending Luton University, Mike Morgan also attended St Ignatius College for a duration of time, from which they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
