Veronica is Globant's Recruiting Manager. She is in charge of leading the talent attraction and hiring strategy.

She joined Globant 2008 and has developed her career in Recruiting and Capacity. As part of the Recruiting team she has collaborated with Globant growth and participated in the set up of many new offices in different countries. Since 2015 she has been working as Globant Recruiting Manager, leading the Global team.
