Malvika Datta is a seasoned HR professional with experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Analyst (Recruiter) at Globalxperts, Inc. since October 2023, Malvika previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Associate at HRBOTICS from May 2023 to October 2023 and gained foundational experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at SHRS - SARIKA HR SOLUTIONS from November 2022 to May 2023. Earlier career roles include positions in the hospitality sector, such as Reservations Agent at Crowne Plaza Duqm in the Sultanate of Oman and various front office roles at Clarks Inn Group of Hotels, Park Inn by Radisson, and Radisson Blu.
