Tim Nursall is a seasoned professional in sales engineering and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Sales Engineering Team Lead for the People Protection - Advanced Threat Group at Proofpoint since November 2020. Nursall oversees a team across EMEA and APJ, focusing on advanced solutions such as Adaptive Email DLP and Identity Threat Protection. Previously, Nursall held leadership roles at Illusive Networks, Trustwave, and Secureworks, contributing to strategic sales initiatives and technical solutions in various capacities. With experience in penetration testing and cybersecurity consultancy, Tim has developed a strong foundation in security solutions and enterprise strategy, complemented by an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a degree in Ethical Hacking and Network Security from Coventry University.
