Nandana Bandara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing, production management, and lean improvement. As the Managing Director and founder of Esse Ceylon since May 2024, Nandana leads strategy formulation, product development, and marketing for a Sri Lankan SME focused on natural foods and beverages. Nandana also serves as a Freelance Consultant for Enquire AI, specializing in lean and continuous improvement, leveraging a decade of experience with MAS Holdings, where roles included Production Manager and Head of Production. Nandana co-founded Pepe Ceylon in 2022, a food processing company dedicated to high-quality spice and herb products. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
