Jacob Milender is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in market research and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at GWI since March 2018, Jacob leads research studies for clients in advertising, technology, finance, and media, focusing on survey development and effective research design. Prior to this role, Jacob worked at Forrester from August 2014 to March 2018 as a Researcher, concentrating on B2B marketing dynamics, sales enablement, and digital commerce.
