Sugam Sangai has work experience in the field of engineering and testing. They started their career at Xiaomi India in 2019, where they worked as a Bootloader/Hardware/Software engineer for a period of four months. In 2020, Sugam joined GlobalStep as a Test Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Senior Test Engineer in April 2022.

Sugam Sangai pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from JD College of Engineering in Khandala from the year 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, Sugam attended SMS Jain English School in Jalna, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
