Tony Romero is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Globalstar Satellite Station Gateway Manager since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tony worked as a Satellite Station Gateway Technician at Globalstar, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and repairing RF satellite communications and ensuring system uptime. Additional experience includes volunteering as an IT Support Specialist for the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba, and serving in various IT and telecommunications roles at Telefónica, ATITEL VENEZUELA, Hewlett-Packard, and CANTV. Tony holds a digital telecommunications specialization from Universidad Central de Venezuela and has completed additional certifications, including programming courses in Java and Python.
