James Rieck is an experienced technical professional with a career spanning several positions in telecommunications and engineering. Currently, James holds the position of Manager for Ground Systems Tech Support Tier 3 at Globalstar since May 2008, where responsibilities include providing engineering technical support to gateways worldwide. Prior to this, James served as a Sr Technologist at Lockard & White, focusing on engineering support for wireless video security systems. James also held roles at Qualcomm Inc as Staff Engineer/Manager, where development of technical training courses and site-specific configuration data for Globalstar Gateways was key, along with managing technical support teams. Earlier experience includes positions at ComStream Corp, General Instrument, Datron World Communications, and the US Navy, all contributing to a strong foundation in technical training, support, and quality assurance within the telecommunications sector. James earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from City University of Seattle.
