Mirza Arshad Baig has a diverse work experience in various roles. Mirza Arshad currently works as a Strategic Account Manager at GlobalSign, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TO THE NEW from 2020 to 2022, initially as a Senior Technology Consultant and later as a Technology Consultant. In these roles, they provided solutions in Digital Transformation and Product Development, offering support in Cloud, Data, Design, and Analytics. Mirza Arshad also maintained relationships with CTO/CIO of partner companies.

Before joining TO THE NEW, Baig interned as an Operations and Digital Marketing Intern at Lybrate in 2019. In 2018, they worked as an Airport Operations Specialist at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), where they handled the Ground operations of Indigo Airlines at Jaipur Airport and oversaw Airbus320 and Airbus320 Neo holds operations, as well as BMA and BBA operations of flights. Prior to that, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Paytm in 2016.

Mirza Arshad Baig completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing & HR from Apeejay School of Management from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Poornima University between 2014 and 2017, focusing on Business/Commerce, General. In 2012, Mirza attended AL Barkaat Public School, Aligarh, and from 2000 to 2012, they attended St. Thomas School, Mainpuri. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2022 and the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from the same institution in April 2021.
