Deana Hurley is an experienced Virtual Events Project Manager and Customization Specialist, currently engaged at GlobalMeet since April 2023 and previously at PGi from September 2015 to April 2023. Deana has a strong background in defining project scope, guidelines, and milestones while enhancing stakeholder communication through technical and customer meetings. Prior roles include Assistant Team Manager, Tier 2 Senior Product Support Technician, and Tier 1 Product Support Technician at PGi, as well as customer service and administration positions across various organizations. Deana holds a Professional Diploma in Graphic Design from UCD Professional Academy and a BSc in Computing from Munster Technological University, alongside several other educational qualifications in software engineering and art.
