Yaroslav Bublyk is an accomplished engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at GlobalLogic since December 2011, Yaroslav oversees multiple teams of over 100 engineers across more than 10 projects, focusing on customer relations, R&D planning, process improvement, and financial management. Prior to this role, Yaroslav held positions at Marka-Software as PM managing remote teams, and at Mirasoft - PRO as Team Lead, where responsibilities included team coaching and financial oversight. Early career experience includes software and systems engineering roles at Ebor Computing and UKRGAZPROMBANK, along with developing an ERP system and a naval-based navigation system. Yaroslav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Radio Systems from the National Aviation University, Ukraine.
