Olga Kornilova is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a comprehensive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at GlobalLogic since August 2013, Olga has progressed through various roles including Manager for the TAG in the EU region and Lead Recruiting Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and management recruiting, conducting interviews, coordinating testing, and managing recruitment data. Prior to GlobalLogic, Olga worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at frog, focusing on recruitment processes and employee management, and completed an HR internship at Unilever.
