Yisel Rojas Cárdenas has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Yisel began their career in 2008 as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at BILATERAL, where they worked until 2010. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Emergia Contact Center as a Workforce Analyst and later as a Business Analyst. In 2016, they joined OneLink, where they initially worked as a Supervisor and later as a Shift Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Account Manager at Teleperformance. Currently, Yisel is employed at G-P/Globalization Partners, where they started as an Account Manager in 2021 and is currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Manager.
Yisel Rojas Cárdenas obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad de Medellín, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they also completed a Diploma in Foreign Trade, focusing on Import and Export, from the same institution. During the same year, Yisel Rojas Cárdenas acquired proficiency in Excel and database management through a course at Universidad de Medellín. Prior to their time at the university, they attended Alianza de Servicios Aeronáuticos A.S.A. from 2008 to 2010, where they specialized in Tourism and Travel Services Management. In 2005, they briefly studied Advanced English at Colombo Americano.
