Shaiji Saju started their work experience in 2010 as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where they primarily focused on requirement analysis, design, coding, and support for software feature requirements in Java and PHP. They also developed widgets using AWT components in Java.

In 2013, Shaiji joined iGATE as a Senior Software Engineer, where they took on the responsibility of independently working on the development and unit testing of the HP 3PAR product SmartStart. They were also involved in requirement gathering, analysis, bug fixing using Java Swing.

From 2014 to 2019, Shaiji worked at Accenture in India as a Team Lead, overseeing a team and managing their tasks.

In 2019, Shaiji moved to Pramerica as a Specialist, where they worked until 2020.

In 2020, Shaiji joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Specialist, focusing on their role until 2022.

Currently, Shaiji is working as a Software Engineer II at Globalization Partners starting from March 2022.

Shaiji Saju obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Karunya University, Coimbatore, specializing in Computer Programming and Specific Applications. This educational journey lasted from 2006 to 2009.
