Rachel Sowers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel started their career as a Retail Operations Intern at Issey Miyake USA Corp in 2012, where they gained expertise in B2C sales. At Cosmopolitan Magazine in 2013, they worked as a Fashion Department Intern and learned about the value of collaboration. Rachel then interned at Charm & Chain LLC, where they gained knowledge about e-commerce.
In 2015, Rachel joined Flex as a Sales Support Specialist, where they conducted research, created presentations, and led brainstorming sessions to improve sales meetings. Rachel later became a Strategic Sales Enablement Manager, managing two interns and supporting their career development. Rachel also served as a Segment Marketing Manager, developing marketing strategies and managing marketing plans across multiple businesses.
Rachel's most recent role was at Teamwork, where they worked as a Sales Enablement Lead from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they onboarded and developed the sales teams, planned training calendars, and collaborated with various teams to provide relevant resources.
Currently, Rachel is a Product Marketing Specialist at G-P/Globalization Partners, starting in 2023.
Rachel Sowers received their Bachelor's Degree in Individualized Study from New York University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they also participated in a program in Global Fashion at New York University in London. Additionally, in January 2023, they obtained a certification in Teamwork from the institution called Teamwork.
